Default How rare is this wand?

When I first started playing GW, I purchased a gold fire wand from someone for 1.1k. It's 11-22 dmg with +5 energy and 10 fire req. I've been focusing mostly on air with meteor shower as my only fire spell right now. I've been hoping to find an air wand with similar attributes, but haven't found any wand whatsoever that's come close. I know the desert has some decent 20% wands, which I will try to get in the meantime. I'm just curious about the rarity of this item. Thanks.

From what I've seen, +5 energy is a very rare mod for a wand.

Do you know which collector has + energy wands? I've only seen and heard of collector wands with 20% chance of fast cast OR recharge.

Is there a condition for that +5 energy? Like while health is over 50% or something? Or while enchanted? Even if there is, that's already pretty rare. However, if its unconditional +5 energy with no drawbacks, then you should be glad to know that that wand could easily fetch over 100k.

none to my knowledge that are max damage ones.. i thinkt here are so low level wands with this mod on it you can get form a collector but the high end wand that is max damage wand only has 1 mod on it that is 20% change for recharge

Yeah you know what? I'm not sure if the 10 fire req is a condition for the +5 energy or not. The (req 10 fire is only next to the dmg line). There are no other conditions, e.g. while enchanted or health > 50%, etc. Okay well thanks for the insight. I'll have to check if the +5 energy depends on the 10 fire req or not. If not, I've been keeping 10 attrib points in fire for very little benefit, but I hope it's unconditional.

I beleive that for most items, the level requirement is only for the damage/armour (like shields). I got a golden Air Staff of whatever and it had +4 energy with some other things on it. Being a Necro/E, but only skills in Blood, Death, and Soul Reaping, I didn't think I'd have the +10 +4 energy added. But, sure enough, they were. So I think that the requirement only applies to the damage/armour...or the attribute it's next to in the description. But, I could be wrong .

Requirements only apply to the non magical mods. So the above poster is either lying or just clueless. Only half the +10 energy from a staff will be added if you do not have the required attributes. All other magical mods are added completely independant of your attributes.

req 10 fire will not be the condition of +5 energy.

It is an OK wand but not great. 1) collector has one with 20% recharge as mentioned above. 2) +5 energy is not critical for elementalists.

i have been looking for a similar one req healing or divine or protect for a while. So far as I know, there is no collector item for healing or protect, and divine holy rod is useless.
